ראשית בואו נבין מהי השרי יאנטרה?

היאנטרה מורכבת מתשעה משולשים הממוקמים סביב נקודה מרכזית אחת, שמהווה את איחוד כל הבריאה. הנקודה הזאת קרויה ״בינדו״, BINDU, והיא נחשבת לנקודה שבה יש להתמקד בעת בריאת מציאות חדשה, משום שהיא ממריצה את בלוטת האצטרובל הנחשבת כמושב הנשמה. דרך נקודה זו מתחברים אל העולם הבלתי נראה, אל נקודת ההתחלה שממנה נברא כל היש, הנקודה שממנה יוצא האור והכול מתחיל להתממש ברמות רטט שונות עד התגלותו של האור במישור החומרי.

איפה לשים את היאנטרה?

אני אישית הייתי מאוד סקפטית ולפני שנתיים הדבקתי אותה על צדו התחתון של מחשב נייד שאני כלל לא משתמשת בו – כך שאפילו אם הופכים את המחשב לא רואים אותה כי הדבקתי בטעות ״הפוך״. להפתעתי התקשרה אליי חברה כלשהי וביקשה להכשיר אותי בתכנית ייחודית בתחום ההיי-טק, שההכשרה אליה מתבצעת אחת לחמש שנים – וזו הפעם האחרונה. התברר שלקורס צריך היה להביא מחשב נייד… רק לאחר כמה חודשים נזכרתי בשרי יאנטרה שהיתה מודבקת למטה כל אותה העת. כבר בקורס הוזמנתי לעבודה בכמה חברות וחברה מסוימת החליטה לשלם לי בהפתעה על קורס ההסמכה עצמו שארך שעות רבות.

מרגע שנזכרתי בה, הסרתי אותה והנחתיה במקום בולט. השינוי בחיי אדיר, כמו בחיי כל מי שמשתמש בה. כיוון שכך, אני ממליצה להדביק אותה במקומות רבים: על היומן, לוח השנה, מתחת לכרית, על הצד העליון או התחתון של המחשב הנייד. מה שמתאים לכם.

יש המניחים את היאנטרה תחת כוס מים שקופה כל הלילה, ובבוקר לאחר התבוננות בצורה הם שותים את המים. יש שקונים באמזון נייר מתמוסס, מציירים את היאנטרה, ממיסים אותה במים ומשתמשים בה לרחצת הגוף, אלו נחשבים למים מקודשים ומאוזנים אנרגטית.
